Matthijs Van der Wielen

Matthijs manages the Technical Support department at Firely, where he is responsible for building and leading a high-performing support function. His role includes training and onboarding new team members, delivering expert technical support, and ensuring Firely consistently meets our service-level agreements and license management goals. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Matthijs plays a key role in customer and stakeholder management. He works closely with the Product Owner to represent the customer perspective, ensuring strong relationships and the effective adoption of our tooling. By bridging the gap between technical operations and customer needs, he helps drive the long-term success of both Firely's users and products.
